The 90 Day Challenge

Being on the path to Long-Term Wellness is: Making health decisions with the consequences and side-effects of those decisions in mind and choosing the course of action that will build into your long-term health--not sabotage it. Being on the path is about the decisions we make and the actions we take every instant of every day and every day of every year. Here are some basic decisions you can make and actions you can take that will have a massive impact on your long-term wellness.

  1. Committing to Chiropractic Care and following precisely your Dr.’s recommendations. Be subluxation free so your body can function optimally and heal naturally as it was designed to.

  2. Eat healthy. Start by eating a minimum of 5 fruits and vegetables daily and drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day—not soda.

  3. Exercise at least 5 times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes.

  4. Set goals with a date for achievement and be very specific about what you plan on achieving. Set goals in all major areas of your life—relationships, parenting, wellness, work, self-development or any other area you’d like to grow in.

  5. Affirm yourself daily. Read the Chiropractic Miracles affirmation everyday when you first wake up, and every night just before you go to sleep.

  6. Keep as a triggering mechanism the thought of being on or off the path to long-term wellness. Where do you want to be in 2008 and beyond?

The 90 day challenge!  Our goal is for you to make a commitment—to get on the path to Long-Term Wellness. The challenge is to commit fully to the six elements of wellness listed above. We believe this to be a way for everyone to get a taste of what it feels to be on the path. Once you live the difference, we know you will never again get off the path. Why 90 days?    Did you know that we are completely new—all the way down to the skeleton every 3 months. This just happens to be 90 days. In the span of one year our bodies replace 98% of all atoms that make it up. Therefore, we are completely new every 12 months. What a sense of hope for those who have not been on the path. You can get on and make a huge impact over 90 days. For those who are already on the path, how humbling—if you don’t stay on you will not be the same healthy person in 90 days. We at Ping Chiropractic Wellness are excited about seizing the year ahead and working with you—all of our patients to be the difference in this world. We believe in you.
